    Heritage Touring Car

What are the rules for Heritage Touring car?

It's nice and simple- pull out your shelf queen, blow the dust off the LRP or Novak Speedo, and polish up that Stratus or Speed 6 body.

We are keen to see your treasures out in the track once more, but we also don't want to see them damaged so to that end we want it to be a demonstration, not strictly competitive, however should those juices run once you are on the drivers stand... Who are we to stop you?

    Pre 2010 cars

    Body- Period correct Stratus/Speed 6/Alfa 105 etc.

Motors - Run what is already fitted! No need to chase the latest equipment!

But we are racers, how do we win?

Prizes will be awarded based on best period correct build- show us that proper shelf queen, heritage concourse, along with some other aged prizes too.

It's our first time running this class, if we get some interest we can move tomorrow formal rules should the interest be there. But for this year, we are keen to get as many old cool rigs out on track! Based on interest we may group cars together to avoid too larger of a speed disparity if/as required.

So charge your NiCDs and true those comms, and get on down to the Metro Masters at TFTR.
